Millennium Sport Carnage Elite Review
Does It Unleash Carnage In The Gym?
Beta alanine meets AstraGin in this potent pre-workout supplement, which promises to unleash fury in the gym to enable harder, longer and stronger workouts. With no artificial ingredients, Carnage Elite harnesses the power of these ingredients to support carnosine levels, a substrate essential in staving of fatigue and supporting high intensity endurance.
So if you’re looking for performance, power, strength and endurance, this pre-workout could be just the ticket. Let’s see if the reality lives up to the manufacturer’s claims…

Directions for Use
Take two serves twice daily, one 30 minutes before working out with a carbohydrate drink. The second serving should be taken after working out with water or carb-based food.
Sport Carnage can also be taken in four separate doses evenly spaced throughout the day – this may help dilute the harmless tingling, flushing sensation often caused by beta alanine.
Continue to take two tablets twice daily on non-training days, and take Sport Carnage for at least 30 consecutive days for best results.
User Feedback
Unusually, there doesn’t seem to be any reviews of this product online. Looks like the jury’s well and truly still out….

Our Thoughts
With a distinct lack of user reviews anywhere..its hard to make an informed decision on just how good ( or bad ) this could be..
One of the main ingredients – Astralagus has no known energy boosting benefits whatsoever.. it has been shown to help boost immunity and kidney function, it can also help reduce nasal congestion… We could find no evidence of any clinical trials that demonstrate any benefits suitable for anybody looking to boost energy before working out.
Largely Unproven Formula (aside from Beta Alanine – which does have its own issues) – we suggest looking elswhere..
