Our Thoughts

With such a mixed view of reviews, its hard to make an informed decision on a products effectiveness… when the happens, we take a more scientific look at the formula, hoping that will shed some light on just how good (or bad) a product will generally be..

Its got the obligatory stimulant in Caffeine (190mg) along with some essential amino acids that can help to boost nitric oxide.

Rhiodiola root has been shown to provide an energy boost when taken in doses of 50mg and above.. most clinical trials have (however) generally seen better results when its taken by untrained men – more experienced athletes did not seem to to benefit anywhere as near as much… Strange But True…

The one that causes us concern is Yohimbe … this is banned in a number of countries, and although it is still licenced for sale in the US it is currently included in the FDA’s list of dangerous ingredients…and has been linked to some really nasty side effects that include:

  • Headaches
  • Dizzyness
  • Anxiety
  • Paranoia
  • Palpitations
  • Possible Renal Failure

All in all we strongly recommend that you avoid this and any product contains Yohimbe…. quite frankly, the very real risks of this ingredient far out weigh any potential benefits…
